Keeping Kids Warm The Scott Spino Foundation is participating in a program through the Charming Shoppes (Dress Barn, etc.) called “Keeping Kids Warm”. Through that program, the shoppes will deliver new winter coats to schools for $15.00 per student. We are planning to have new winter coats for each child at School 22, enrollment is approximately 541. We have a donor willing to give $2,000.00, Buddies, Bridges & Brains a not-for-profit donated $500.00 and our Literacy Volunteer partners have donated toward the coat purchases. The Scott Spino Foundation plans to donate the balance owed so that we ensure each child gets a coat. We also have separate initiatives started to provide each child with a hat, mitten and scarf.
